- Experience in cloud-native technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes is a great advantage
- Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good English skills (Level B2)
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
