Technical Product Developer Clothing Women (d/f/m)

In this versatile and challenging role within the supply chain, you will be responsible for production approval and for ensuring that manufacturing in the Women’s Clothing division is completed on time and to the required quality standards. You will conduct production fittings for various product groups within the Woven segment, verify compliance with our quality and sustainability standards, and provide guidance to our manufacturers throughout the entire production process.
Working closely with Design, the Patternmaking Department, Fabric Sourcing and our external production partners, you will oversee the products from the SMS fitting through to production and delivery to our distribution centres.
You will organise collection meetings and ensure a smooth and timely start to production. Regular visits to production and development centres are just as much a part of your remit as providing technical advice on manufacturing processes to internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will actively participate in projects and work closely with related departments such as Logistics, Procurement and Brand Management.
Your role is rounded off by close collaboration with external quality inspectors, processors and the goods-in department to ensure that our high quality standards are met at all times.
Required experience and skills:
• A degree in clothing technology/management or equivalent training
• At least 2 years’ professional experience in technical product development within the clothing industry
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, Excel and ideally in SAP 4H
• Excellent communication skills, reliability and analytical ability
• An independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work
• Team spirit and a passion for fashion and lifestyle
