As a social pedagogue, you support the residents resource-oriented in their daily lives, promote their independence, and open up new learning and experience spaces. You contribute your expertise to the implementation of our pedagogical framework concept, work closely with relatives, internal specialists, and external partners, and actively shape the further development of our services. Organizational and administrative tasks also belong to your varied daily routine.

Your profile
You have completed training as a social pedagogue HF or FH and have experience in supporting people with disabilities. High social competence, team spirit, and resilience characterize you. Above all, you enjoy taking responsibility, contributing your ideas, and shaping the future together with us.
