• Take over the coordination of the Bachelor of Civil Engineering program and maintain the flow of information and collaboration with various interfaces
• Organizationally support and ensure the teaching operations in the BSc Civil Engineering program
• Administratively support the Institute for Infrastructure and Environment and valorize research work
• Participate in projects and organize various internal and external professional events, including in the application and advising of prospective students
• Implement workload planning and create timetables

• University degree in civil engineering or a degree in another discipline with experience in the construction industry
• Interest in education, talent development, geotechnics, infrastructure, and innovation
• Organizational talent; the ability to respond to very different people, situations, and demands and to prioritize correctly
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the willingness to proactively network within the university and externally
• Confident German language skills, good French and English skills are an advantage
