Tasks

• Manage the branch in Lucerne
• Lead the project managers & painter teams
• Organize and prepare work for construction sites
• Invoice the construction sites
• Quality control on construction sites and monitor deadlines
• Customer consulting for demanding clients
• Prepare tenders according to SIA standards
• Accounting
• Statistics

Requirements

• Training as a painter, foreman, site manager, foreman or master painter
• Solid professional experience & project management in the painting sector
• Good spoken German skills and good written skills
• Driver's license category B
• Flexible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Solid and comprehensive knowledge of measurement and quotation preparation
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• You are capable of leading and motivating employees
• Ideal age between 30 – 50 years
