In our exchange programs, we offer orientation at eye level through direct peer exchanges, expert knowledge, and vibrant online and offline communities. With our new technology-based matching system, we take peer exchange and networking to the next level. As a driving force at the intersection of empathy and innovation, you are responsible for the further development of our offerings and create truly new perspectives. For the expansion of these solutions, we are looking for a:
Program Management Inclusion + Digital Community 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your mission:
- Strategic Architecture: You lead and transform our peer programs and develop the community vision of tomorrow.
- Leadership with Heart & Mind: You lead a motivated team and make our success visible through precise impact reporting (Social Impact).
- Growth & Partnerships: You are the face of EnableMe towards NGOs and foundations and attract new peers to our platform through clever marketing.
- Product Interface: You are the bridge between the needs of the community and our IT to continuously optimize digital peer matching.
- Global Spirit: You manage knowledge transfer with our partners in Germany, Ukraine, and Morocco and set international quality standards.
Your profile:
- Experience: You have solid experience in community building, strategic marketing, or managing digital programs.
- Tech Affinity: You understand how digital platforms work and enjoy using technology for social purposes.
- Networking Gene: You are an entrepreneurial personality with "marketing flair" who opens doors and inspires people.
- Language Skills: Your German is stylistically confident, your English is business fluent. (Bonus points for Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, or French).
- Values: Inclusion is not just a buzzword for you but a matter of the heart. You work solution-oriented and with high initiative.
