Team Leader Process Care 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:
- Leading and promoting a team of 5-10 employees
- Defining, specifying, and validating manufacturing and testing processes
- Creating manufacturing documentation for new products and processes
- Actively assisting in the development, provision, and optimization of new production technologies and processes with a focus on plastic consumables
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as R&D, Product Change Management, Production, and Quality Department
- Ensuring product quality and costs in relation to our high standards
- Monitoring, testing, and optimizing existing processes
What you bring with you:
- Technical basic training
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or plastics engineering (FH/ETH)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Interest in optimizing consumer goods in the field of medical technology
- Experience in leading employees
- High social competence as well as a hands-on mentality (assertiveness, action orientation, and determination)
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams on time- and quality-critical change projects
- Ability to analyze complex issues and clearly present corresponding conclusions to an interdisciplinary team and then implement them efficiently
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
