Your tasks
- Training: Responsibility for the practical training and supervision of several trainees and students in the department
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work independently in an interdisciplinary team with interfaces to the professional roles, nursing staff, nursing specialists, therapists, and doctors
- Nursing: You are still actively working in nursing (approx. 20%) and ensure goal- and needs-oriented, activating rehabilitation nursing
- Variety: Look forward to varied and responsible tasks. You are responsible for training nursing professions including quality assurance and are still directly involved in the care of our patients.
Your profile
- Education: Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or an equivalent SRK recognition
- Further education: Vocational training course SVEB 1
- Experience: At least one year of professional experience in nursing and ideally experience as a day companion
- Personality: You are a communicative personality with a high customer orientation, social skills, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterized by flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance. You also enjoy training and supervising adolescents / young adults.
