Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH (60–80%) – Outpatient Psychiatry | Spitex
As a certified nurse in the outpatient psychiatric field, you take on a central role with us and contribute significantly to the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients. Our team works independently, with high personal responsibility and plenty of scope for creativity.
Your main tasks include:
- Conducting comprehensive needs assessments using the interRAI CMH Switzerland instrument
- Planning, managing, and evaluating individual care and treatment processes
- Psychiatric care, support, and accompaniment of our clients in their familiar environment
- Independent case management and interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners and institutions
- Advising and supporting relatives and employees on psychiatric specialist issues
- Active participation in the further development of our psychiatric service offerings
You bring with you:
- Certified nurse HF/FH with several years of experience in a psychiatric ward
- Ideally, authorization for needs assessment according to Bepsy (advantageous but not mandatory)
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
- Confident handling of digital documentation systems
- Ideally, you have a category B driving license or are willing to visit our clients by e-bike (no own vehicle required)
