About the job

In this role, you work together with the bar team and ensure a smooth process at your own service station. You independently advise and take care of guests in your area of responsibility, take orders, and serve food and drinks. Ideally, you will independently manage the bar in the future.

• Responsibility for our bar, including orders and inventory management
• Preparation of drinks and classic cocktails
• Managing your own service station and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Expert advice to guests on food and drinks
• Taking orders and serving food & drinks
• Preparation work (Mise en Place)
• Creating guest bills as well as general cleaning tasks
• Optional: Conducting cocktail courses for our guests

You are a warm, team-oriented, resilient, and flexible employee with experience, enjoyment of the profession, a positive attitude, and joy in dealing with our guests. You have excellent manners, fluent German skills, a confident and poised appearance, as well as good communication skills. Flexibility and endurance are a matter of course for you.
