The Stiftung Alterssiedlung Grenchen operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff members. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.
We are looking for the position at the Weinberg Senior Center by arrangement
Nursing Process Manager 50 – 60%
Your tasks:
- Holistic and process-oriented care and support of our residents
- Main responsibility for the nursing process and case management on the wards
- Promotion and support of nursing staff regarding the nursing process
- Ensuring the flawless use of RAI/RUG
- Implementation of the nursing process with hourly shadowing and bedside teaching
- Solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG
- Very good oral and written German skills
Your profile:
- Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
- Dipl. nurse HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized diploma), FaGe
- Further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to train
- Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
