Activities

In this varied role, you are responsible for the entire management and organization of the CNC department with around 10 employees. You monitor production, set performance and quality targets for your employees, which you also check, and continuously conduct training controls. You program and set up the CNC milling centers, continuously develop the manufacturing technology in the machining sector, and achieve quality targets in cooperation with quality assurance. In addition, technical preliminary clarifications for new projects with customer support are part of your responsibilities, as well as the organization of machine maintenance. In this hub function, you work closely internally with the upstream production stages, quality assurance, shipping, and sales and regularly participate in meetings.

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic
Several years of professional and leadership experience
CNC knowledge in programming, optimizing, setting up, and machining from small to medium series
Knowledge in production planning and quality management
Actively seeking and implementing goal-oriented improvement processes
Team player, independent, resilient personality
