Logistics Employee - E-Commerce Postal Shipping (m/f/d), 100%

Your tasks:

• You process incoming online orders, assemble the items, and prepare the packages for shipping
• You actively support the management of our postal shipping warehouse, including goods receipt, storage, and ongoing inventory control
• You carefully handle returns and customer complaints and initiate the necessary steps for refunds or exchanges
• You ensure that every package leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and correctly packed
• You are the central contact person for our transport service providers (e.g., Swiss Post) during the daily package handover
• You work closely and proactively with our customer service in Pratteln to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• You actively contribute your ideas to continuously improve our warehouse and shipping processes
• You keep an overview of inventory and processes and coordinate closely with the e-commerce management to actively drive the online business forward

Your profile:

• Fluent French skills in speaking and writing are a must. Additionally, you have very good German and/or English skills to ensure smooth coordination with our headquarters in Pratteln
• Ideally, you already have experience in warehousing/logistics, preferably in the e-commerce environment
• You are proficient with computers and quickly learn to use new software
• You are a true team player but also work very independently and structured. Reliability, a high service orientation, and a "hands-on" mentality characterize you
• Working in the warehouse is no problem for you
