Your Tasks
In your role, you advise and support interested parties, customers, relatives, social services, and referrers regarding our diverse range of services in the Bern West living area – from living with or without services, comprehensive care, specialized dementia care to day care. You coordinate the entire admission process along the customer journey: from the first registration through admission to discharge.
You conduct tours and consultation meetings for customers and relatives and competently support them with questions about financing, social insurance, and administrative procedures. In addition, you work closely with interdisciplinary internal departments and ensure smooth information flow. Organizing and conducting site meetings are also part of your varied tasks.
Your Profile
- Training in social work, nursing, case management, or comparable qualification
- Training at tertiary level in nursing is an advantage
- Experience in advising elderly people and relatives
- Solid knowledge of health and social services, especially in long-term care
- High communication and empathetic skills
- Organizational talent and ability to coordinate between various internal and external offices
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
