Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for support from a committed, implementation-strong, and service-oriented person in our Sports Promotion team starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
The Sports Office of the Canton of Zurich is the competence center for sports in the Canton of Zurich - sporty, passionate about sports, and committed. We promote youth and recreational sports and create good framework conditions for young sports talents and voluntary school sports. We implement
Youth+Sports (J+S) in the Canton of Zurich and conduct youth sports camps.
Your tasks
- You actively contribute to the further development of cantonal sports promotion and help ensure that the Zurich population finds optimal conditions for their sporting activities. Your focus is on youth and recreational sports promotion.
- You review applications for contributions from the cantonal sports fund, especially for sports events and projects.
- You independently implement projects and programs to promote the sporting activity of the Zurich population and develop your own measures to implement the sports policy concept.
Your profile
- You have a higher education (FH/University) in sports sciences or a comparable education as well as good knowledge of the sports structures in the Canton of Zurich.
- You enjoy working in a team and know how to develop and implement measures and projects together with different stakeholders and bring initial experience in the conception and implementation of projects.
- You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, and your interest and commitment are dedicated to promoting youth and recreational sports.
