Tasks
In the Employee Services team, you are the contact point for our employees - mainly for our office and cockpit staff – from onboarding to offboarding. You accompany them in all administrative HR matters and ensure that their employee journey runs smoothly.
- As a contact point for our employees and managers, you act and advise competently, service-oriented, and solution-focused, whether via ticket system, phone, or in person
- You independently manage all HR administration processes related to entries and exits, transfers, and promotions in SAP – including contracts, confirmations, and certificates
- You ensure the correct registration and handling with social security and authorities while always keeping an overview
- With your ideas and your interconnected thinking, you actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes
- If needed, you step in for colleagues from the Cabin Crew area and help shape welcome day sessions for new employees
- You independently prepare the monthly payrolls

Requirements
We are looking for an empathetic, resilient, and flexible personality who keeps a cool head even in hectic times. You also bring further training as a personnel assistant and experience from a comparable HR position.
Additionally:
- Interconnected thinking with a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative team player with very good knowledge of Swiss
social security and labor law
- Proactive working style with high initiative and focus on the essentials
- Very good Microsoft 365 user skills, experience with SAP HCM, and advanced Excel skills are advantageous
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
