Your responsibilities:

• First point of contact for malfunctions on our modern, automated assembly systems
• Maintenance and servicing of automation, screw fixtures, and other production aids
• Manufacturing of components, special tools, and fixtures
• Management and organization of the individual parts warehouse
• Obtaining quotes and ordering necessary tools and materials
• Continuous optimization of existing fixtures and processes
• Independent implementation of ideas to improve the flow of goods
• Responsibility for supervising and further developing the apprentice(s) (Production Mechanic EFZ)

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Vocational trainer course completed or willingness to complete it
• Experience in maintenance and servicing of automation and systems
• Practical experience in operational maintenance and fixture construction
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechatronics
• Familiar with quality inspections and documentation of work results
• Confident in using MS Word, Excel, and ideally Babtec
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
