Business Controller

• You advise and support the front areas on business management issues
• You manage the management information system and further develop it
• You participate in the preparation of reports, reports, and statistics
• You prepare the monthly management key figures, identify deviations or measures, and discuss them with management and the leadership team
• You take on profitability calculations, business plans, post-calculations, and support budgeting
• You actively participate in projects and working groups

• You have completed a higher business management education with a focus on controlling or can demonstrate a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in controlling, preferably in healthcare; knowledge of REKOLE is an advantage
• You have good MIS knowledge, preferably HCE/TIP
• You have interest and enjoyment in interpreting numbers and their visualization
• You are an initiative and customer-oriented person with pronounced analytical and process-oriented skills
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and are characterized by your high social competence and assertiveness
