We are looking for a motivated personality who fully applies their skills in a varied role as dispatcher and project coordinator. In this versatile role, you take on a central function in organization and control.

Your field of activity - your impact

Scheduling and administration:

You take administrative responsibility for order processing up to invoicing as well as for the smooth running of daily business
You schedule locksmiths and external partners as well as the required materials
You assist in managing the warehouse for gate service Switzerland

Project coordination:

You plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing projects

Purchasing:

You enjoy researching and procuring spare parts and services
You take over quality control of the provided services and spare parts as well as invoice control and post-calculation

Your profile

Completed basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in a manual or commercial field
If manual basic training, willingness to further education in the commercial field
Your good spatial imagination makes it easier for you to read and interpret construction plans
Experience in the automatic door or gate sector is desirable
You live between Bern and Geneva
German or French is your mother tongue and you have good oral and written knowledge of the other national language. This requirement is a must for this position
You like to organize, work independently, are customer- and solution-oriented, and appreciate uncomplicated and open collaboration
