We are looking for a motivated personality who fully applies their skills in a varied role as dispatcher and project coordinator. In this versatile role, you take on a central function in organization and control.
Your field of activity - your impact
Scheduling and administration:
- You take administrative responsibility for order processing up to invoicing as well as for the smooth running of daily business
- You schedule locksmiths and external partners as well as the required materials
- You assist in managing the warehouse for gate service Switzerland
Project coordination:
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing projects
- You enjoy researching and procuring spare parts and services
- You take over quality control of the provided services and spare parts as well as invoice control and post-calculation
Your profile
- Completed basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in a manual or commercial field
- If manual basic training, willingness to further education in the commercial field
- Your good spatial imagination makes it easier for you to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience in the automatic door or gate sector is desirable
- You live between Bern and Geneva
- German or French is your mother tongue and you have good oral and written knowledge of the other national language. This requirement is a must for this position
- You like to organize, work independently, are customer- and solution-oriented, and appreciate uncomplicated and open collaboration
