Main missions
You will actively participate in the management, maintenance, and development of the municipal built heritage, including the waste disposal site, with a focus on sustainability and service to the population.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the audit, maintenance, and development of the built heritage and the waste disposal site
- Plan, monitor, and supervise maintenance, renovation, or construction projects
- Develop and manage budgets, as well as plan investments
- Supervise technical teams and coordinate their activities
- Monitor the management of the rental property portfolio (external management)
- Draft administrative documents: notices, regulations, reports, etc.
- Manage maintenance contracts with external service providers
Profile sought
- CFC in a technical field related to building, complemented by a federal certificate, a technician ES diploma, or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of technical standards, public procurement, and the functioning of a public administration
- Proficiency in computer tools and excellent writing skills
- Analytical mind, organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and a taste for teamwork
- Strong sense of public service
