About the job

The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

• Ensure the distribution of uniforms to colleagues and their maintenance
• Perform curtain sewing
• Repair cushions, chairs (backs and seats)
• Participate in the management of linen stock (rooms and catering) and uniforms
• Respect the implementation and monitoring of procedures as well as the good condition of uniforms and linen
• Receive and check uniform and linen purchases

Upon request, provide replacements at the customer cloakroom

• BEP OR CAP in Sewing
• Mastery of various sewing techniques
• Work rigor (strict application of hygiene and maintenance rules)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good sense of organization
• Have a taste and sense of aesthetics and cleanliness
• Ability to adapt to last-minute changes
• Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
• Experience in the same position in a 4-star, 4-star luxury or palace establishment would be a plus
