In view of strengthening the workforce, the Group is looking for a profile: Business Analyst Insurance (Damage) What you will do: As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team dedicated to developing technological solutions for the insurance sector, with a particular focus on damage management processes. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Managing the functional analysis process (from requirements gathering to writing test cases); Drafting project documentation; Interfacing with the software development team; Supporting the business during the UAT phase and monitoring progress in accordance with the agreed schedule; Supporting the Business in proposing solutions; Skills and requirements: Experience in the role of at least 4-5 years; Experience in the insurance context, particularly on damage policies, at another insurance company or IT consulting firm; Good knowledge of the management of sales and post-sales of insurance products; Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint); Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence; Good knowledge of testing procedures; Good knowledge of the English language (B2); What we offer: A structured career path aimed at enhancing and strengthening skills; Access to corporate training and certification programs; Access to corporate benefits.
