Deputy Head of District East (80% - 100%) - Start: December 1, 2025 or by arrangement

• You are responsible for personnel, professional, and organizational leadership.
• Together with the Head of District East, you lead and accompany around 24 employees.
• You plan, organize, and carry out cleaning and maintenance work on streets, squares, bike paths, traffic islands, roundabouts, and hiking trails in public spaces and actively participate.
• You operate, monitor, and maintain machines and vehicles.
• You complete the necessary administrative tasks and provide on-call, standby, and weekend services for the city of Lucerne.

• You have a basic craft training and bring leadership experience.
• You have ideally already completed further training as a foreman or site manager, or you are eager and motivated to pursue this.
• You have experience handling small machines and equipment as well as a driving license in categories B and BE.
• Resilience, reliability, and a confident appearance in public characterize you.
• You are a team player and bring a high degree of flexibility and independence.
