Your Tasks

Support and development of existing affluent private clients
Systematic exploration of customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals, and life situations, if necessary in cooperation with internal specialists
Building trust and securing assets during generational change
Proactive sales of standardized products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pension, and payment transactions
Fulfilling demanding representation tasks and participating in customer events
Participation in internal working groups
Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in the areas of financing, investing, or pension provision

Your Profile

Banking education (or equivalent training) as well as appropriate further education (HF, FH, etc.)
Experience in serving affluent private clients
Team spirit and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth goals
Empathy, authenticity, and emotional intelligence for an emotional customer experience in all life situations
Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
Openness and willingness to change
