To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Temporary Spa Therapist (m/f/d)

In the versatile and responsible role as a Temporary Spa Therapist, your duties include:

• Responsibility for comprehensive care of our customers and guests across the entire range of wellness services.
• Professional advice and recommendation of the entire wellness offer.
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the entire wellness area including disinfection.
• Commitment to learn and apply the entire range of wellness services.
• Respect and promotion of a trusting relationship between guest and therapist.
• Sales promotion of our offered products.
• Taking over organizational tasks within your area of responsibility.
• Support and information for individual therapists regarding required products and materials for reordering.
• Maintenance and updating of product presentation.
• Preparation and tidiness of treatment rooms as well as organization of sales goods.
• Conducting wellness rounds: checking laundry, snack and drink stations, as well as compliance with general order.
• Ensuring hygiene of all workplaces.
• Assistance in carrying out guest events.
• Commitment to learn the LQA standards (Leading Quality Assurance) and their consistent implementation in daily work processes.

• Completed vocational training as a massage therapist or in a comparable wellness-oriented field.
• Experience in upscale luxury hotels.
• Initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Guest-oriented and wish-based working style.
• Willingness to learn new treatment procedures.
• Mindfulness and friendliness.
• Awareness of quality and sensitivity in personal contact.
• High interest in consulting.
• Empathy, passion, and respectful interaction with the team and guests.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French skills are a great advantage.
