We are growing further: Due to winning a mandate, we are looking for an industry expert to strengthen our team in the Bern-Gümligen region.

• Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio
• Professional leadership of assistants or property managers
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing rental activities
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
• Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• Commercial basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate in property management
• Several to many years of professional experience in property management, ideally in the area of commercial properties
• Fluent German as well as basic knowledge of English and French
• You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities
• Even as a real estate professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
