Your tasks- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Back of House area
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Performing cleaning tasks in the dishwashing area, kitchen, cold storage rooms, and storage rooms
- Operating the dishwasher, properly sorting and storing dishes, cutlery, and porcelain
- Working according to daily and monthly cleaning schedules
