Available immediately or by arrangement, we have the following position open
HR Clerk 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
- You handle diverse HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
- You manage time tracking and absence management together with your colleagues
- You have contact with various social insurance institutions
- You support recruitment processes, from job postings to coordinating interviews
- You prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel-related documents
- You support both managers and employees with expertise and energy in various HR topics – for example, directly at the personnel office counter
- You actively contribute to process optimizations
- You ensure mutual representation within the team together with your colleagues
- You have a commercial basic education
- You have further trained as an HR clerk or completed a comparable further education
- You can demonstrate several years of experience in a similar role
- You have confident handling of MS Office and a high IT affinity
- You are solution-oriented and work precisely
- You must speak fluent German; additional languages such as Italian and/or French are an advantage
