With around 100 dedicated employees, we ensure the well-being of our guests in the high season in 75 charming rooms, two first-class restaurants (1 restaurant with 14 Gault Millau points & green Michelin star) with 140 and 40 seats, a terrace restaurant with 150 seats, a magnificent Belle Epoque hall for up to 170 people, two seminar rooms, and an elegant bar.
Our guests mainly come from Switzerland, but international travelers also find their temporary home with us.

What awaits you with us
You are a host with know-how and passion and take care of your guests in your managed station, considering our service standards. As a team player, it is as natural for you as it is for us to support colleagues in other stations, at the kitchen pass, or in other outlets. During the absence of the Head of Service, you are the first contact person for your guests and your team.
- Managing your own station
- Representing the Head of Service and independently leading the service
- Managing reservations and table assignments
- Professional handling of guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with our support
What you bring with you
- Certified restaurant specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in upscale service
- First leadership experience or strong motivation for professional development – this may be the next career step that your resume suggests
- Empathetic leader personality with a lived "hands-on" mentality
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Upbeat personality with passion for the profession in all its facets
