Your Tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the Gynecology and General Surgery wards
- Ensuring high-quality and patient-oriented care
- Deployment and duty planning as well as personnel development
- Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors (m/f/d), nursing, and functional services
- Implementation and further development of nursing and quality standards
- Participation in projects for process optimization
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed or started further training as ward manager / nursing management
- Several years of professional experience in an acute care hospital, ideally in gynecology or general surgery
- Leadership skills, organizational talent, and communication strength
- Sense of responsibility and economic thinking
