Your Tasks
- Ensure socio-pedagogically oriented support and assistance for adults with complex disabilities and challenging behavior
- Ensure a participation-oriented living environment that supports a good personal life
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and further developing the residential group
- Professional and personnel leadership of a team
Your Profile
- Completed studies in social or curative education (B.A./Diploma) as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
- Leadership experience
- Ability to establish sustainable relationships and life opportunities for people in transitions and crises
- Experience working with adults with mental disabilities and challenging behavior is an advantage
- Forward-looking service understanding
- Desire for work that can largely be self-designed
- Enjoyment in actively further developing our residential services in collaboration with the department management
