• Responsible for a small children's group (baby group) up to 2 years old
• Ensure implementation of the educational concept
• Maintain dialogue with parents and guardians
• Perform planning and organizational tasks within the operation and the team

• Training as a childcare specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Solution-oriented, committed, and empathetic personality
• Differentiated communication
