Junior Event Manager (m/f/d)

As the first point of contact for inquiries in the event sector, you are responsible for:

• ... the administrative processing of booking requests for an event at our company. This includes conducting advisory sales talks and intensive contact maintenance with guests of existing cooperations
• ... the theoretical planning of various events such as conferences, weddings, or even large events, but you also contribute to the practical implementation and actively participate with your background knowledge regarding the expectations of our guests in the event process
• ... the wishes and ideas of your customers communicate and coordinate in cooperation with the different departments in the company and then implement them in detail
• During the event, you fulfill your role as the first contact person for guests, but also for questions from the service team

• Ideally, you have completed your training in the hotel industry and have already gained initial professional experience in event planning?
• You are a true organizational talent and are enthusiastic about the planning and implementation of various events?
• You convince with your teamwork skills and your friendly and open demeanor?
• Independent and responsible work is not foreign to you?
• You enjoy supervising the events you have planned, possibly also on weekends?
