«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Caring for day guests and enabling them an attractive and individual daily routine
- Independently planning and carrying out group and individual activities as well as daily and environmental design
- Organizing and conducting events
- Using opportunities to participate in order to implement your own ideas and actively shape the further development of the day center
- Documentation and performance recording
- Accompanying apprentices and students
- Knowledge of the care needs system Rai LTCF
