What you will do here

Professional and personnel management of the Master in Social Work program (Bern location) and the Master organizational unit
Member of the program management of the Master in Social Work program as a representative of the Bern location in the cooperation of three universities (BFH, HSLU, OST) including strategy and curriculum development of the program
Own teaching activities as well as supervision of student work in the Social Work programs (Bachelor and Master), study counseling (Master)
Independent development and management of research projects in the field of professional development

What you ideally bring with you

University degree with a doctorate in Social Work or a related discipline
Management and leadership aptitude as well as willingness to acquire corresponding skills through further training
Knowledge of the main professional discourses of Social Work
Didactic expertise and qualification through teaching experience at universities as well as interest in didactic innovation
Knowledge of the institutions and organizations of Social Work in the canton of Bern
