• the check-in/check-out of our international hotel guests
• guest service at the front desk
• performing general reception and correspondence tasks
• creating vouchers
• managing a cash register and exchanging foreign currencies

• Completed training in hospitality or comparable education is an advantage
• Work experience at the reception (preferably in luxury hospitality)
• Enjoyment of upscale hospitality and dealing with international guests
• Flexibility and resilience (weekend shifts)
• Team player and host by passion
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
