Schule Herzogenbuchsee – Kindergarten and primary school in the heart of Oberaargau: Centrally located on the main traffic axis between Bern and Olten, Schule Herzogenbuchsee offers children from the municipalities of Herzogenbuchsee and Niederönz comprehensive education from kindergarten to 6th grade. Currently, around 730 students are accompanied by a dedicated and versatile team of teachers at five school and five kindergarten locations. In addition to regular lessons, the school also coordinates special education in speech therapy and psychomotor skills for the surrounding schools in the region.

Tasks

You will share responsibility for a kindergarten class together with another class teacher. You plan, design, and reflect on lessons as a team and support the children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You work closely with parents, specialists, and the school team and participate in school events as well as in the further development of the kindergarten.

Requirements

- You have training as a Cycle 1 teacher or are completing it - You enjoy working in a team and communicate on equal footing with teachers and parents
