Project Manager - Chief Construction Manager 80-100%

Job Description:

For several current and exciting large projects in the Basel region, we are looking for experienced and passionate project managers for implementation. As a certified construction manager or certified architect with construction management experience in Switzerland, you will manage the tendering and awarding process and lead the implementation of the work on site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the overall management, you will optimize the construction process, coordinate the timeline, and monitor costs as well as compliance with the contracts.

• Training and experience as a construction manager
• Solid experience as a project manager in implementation in Switzerland
• Enjoyment of work and willingness to deliver above-average results
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Independent, careful, and proactive working style with a focus on the essentials
• Very good IT knowledge of industry-standard tools
• Good German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage
