Vontobel has a strong market position in asset management for pension funds and has also successfully developed the business for individualized pension solutions (1e, executive pension, vested benefits, and pillar 3a) in recent years. To further grow our pension business, we are looking for a highly qualified and closing-strong specialist to strengthen our team in Zurich.

What are your tasks

Approach and acquisition of customers in the target segment of pension solutions, namely executives, self-employed individuals, and entrepreneurs, through the sales of the bank's 1e executive pension solutions

Acquisition of new customers in the area of other executive pensions, vested benefits, and pillar 3a

Cross-selling into various other areas of the bank, especially into wealth management

Systematic processing of the broker market and building a network of intermediaries, advisors, and intermediaries in your region

Advising demanding customers in all areas of pension solutions

What do we expect?

Excellent acquisition, consulting, and negotiation skills

Strong network of external business partners

Solid consulting expertise in all topics of financial and pension advice including pension fund issues, pension planning, financial planning, taxes, etc.

Many years of experience in the field of occupational pensions, e.g., at an insurer or a bank

Sound knowledge in asset management and/or investment advice

Academic education with degree and/or advanced training in financial planning or occupational pensions

Very good German and English skills (spoken and written), French skills are an advantage

Entrepreneurial, motivated, team-oriented, and winning personality with a confident appearance, empathy, and the ability to speak the customer's language

Willingness to travel related to customers, especially in the greater Zurich area and towards Eastern Switzerland
