Management Officer (m/f/d)

• Support of the accounts payable and accounts receivable process of the fund company as well as its analysis and optimization (control of incoming payments, recharging to the funds, withholding tax refund, etc.)
• Coordination between internal departments (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance) and external partners as an interface function
• Contract management including maintenance of the contract database
• Analysis and preparation of key figures
• Support of the CEO in operational and strategic matters
• Preparation of decision-making bases and presentations

• Completed commercial training or studies (e.g. business administration, finance, accounting or comparable)
• Professional experience in finance and accounting and/or financial/fund business is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
