Nursing Specialist (HF/FH) 80-100% (without shift work)

About the job

• You conduct structured initial assessments and prioritize health complaints according to urgency
• You coordinate necessary medical clarifications with general practitioners, hospitals, and specialist centers
• You perform simple nursing interventions as well as initial care in emergency situations
• You advise care teams on medical issues and support them in dealing with health topics
• You document findings comprehensibly and ensure the flow of information to external service providers
• You accompany the treatment process and check the effectiveness of initiated measures

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH
• Professional experience in an acute medical environment and confidence in clinical assessment
• Independent, structured working style as well as enjoyment of coordinating activities
• Calm handling of complex situations and different cultural backgrounds
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
• English skills for everyday communication (at least B1), additional languages – especially French – are an advantage
