To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as a Customer Advisor for Collective Disability (80–100%), who supports our corporate clients with expertise and service orientation.
Your area of responsibility
- You assess the disability (degree, timing, and duration of disability benefits) based on the requested documents from corporate clients, doctors, and insurance companies (such as IV, UVG, MV, KTG)
- Additionally, you create disability benefit calculations for due contribution exemptions, disability pensions, and child pensions, taking into account any benefits from daily allowance insurers or other eligible replacement income
- You evaluate and assess the reintegration possibilities for disabled individuals. You also handle all business transactions related to disability cases within an assigned client base
- Processing orders from clients, brokers, lawyers, insured persons, corporate consultants, as well as the field service and providing written and/or telephone information also falls within your area of responsibility
Your strengths
- You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in the area of the 2nd pillar, preferably in the benefits sector
- You are a proactive, resilient, and communicative personality with a high sense of responsibility and a networked way of thinking
- Your independent, precise, and service-oriented working style distinguishes you
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile; additional Italian language skills are an advantage but not a must
