For our Finance department in Worblaufen, we are looking for a Senior Controller with team leadership 80 - 100 % immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the controlling team (two employees)
- Responsibility for the budgeting process and medium-term planning
- Preparation of decision-making bases, calculations, and cost analyses
- Ensuring reliable cost and performance accounting
- Monitoring the company's financial performance and identifying optimization opportunities in close cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Further development and optimization of internal processes
- Building and further developing BI-supported reporting in collaboration with internal ICT specialists
- Supporting the Head of Finance in strategic and operational matters
Your Profile
- Higher business administration degree (HF/FH/Uni) or expert in accounting and controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- Leadership experience in a comparable function
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Enthusiastic, high initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Solution-oriented, analytical, and conceptually strong personality with a structured way of working
- Strong affinity for data management and digitalization
- SAP and industry knowledge advantageous
