Service Technician Product Inspection

The market organization serves the Swiss market with all products and services of METTLER TOLEDO. As reinforcement for our customer service, we are looking for a service-oriented person for the Eastern Switzerland region as a Service Technician Product Inspection 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, repairs, qualifications, and certifications of inline inspection machines, such as dynamic checkweighers and metal detectors, according to customer specifications, our internal guidelines, and external regulations. You advise and support our customers regarding our products and service offerings and carry out mechanical and electrical integration of the systems into the production lines. You work closely with the dispatching team to efficiently coordinate additional assignments and ensure optimized planning. Furthermore, you are responsible for compliance with and assurance of quality standards as well as reporting on the work performed. During problem-solving, you act as first-level support, serving as the interface to the manufacturers and are responsible for finding and implementing solutions at the customer site. Close collaboration within the service team and professional representation of the company complete the profile. As part of these tasks, you also provide on-call service.
