- Leading the professional development as part of the nursing management team and supporting a person-centered and evidence-based nursing practice
- Advising and supporting the nursing team in complex care situations as well as regular participation in nursing

What you bring
- Master of Science in Nursing (or on the way to it) or an equivalent qualification
- Solid experience and theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing development as well as the ability to pass this on
- Proactive and communicative personality, who moves independently and skillfully in an interdisciplinary environment and can inspire others for the further development of nursing practice
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as consulting and leadership skills
- High social competence and service orientation
- Very good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
