Project Manager in Timber Construction

Are you interested in developing innovative projects in timber construction? Do you have further training as a timber construction foreman or technician HF timber construction and are full of passion and commitment for the field of timber construction – then you are a perfect fit for us.
Here’s what you need to do
- Calculation of timber construction projects
- Creating construction plans in CAD
- Project management of diverse new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects from proposal planning to project completion
- Customer consulting and acquisition
- Scheduling, work preparation, and monitoring of execution work
- Quality, cost, and deadline controls; including the preparation of billing
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed further training as a timber construction foreman, technician HF timber construction, or project manager (or a comparable qualification)
- A communicative and convincing demeanor as a specialist towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- The ability and experience to motivate and lead people
- Organizational talent and negotiation skills
