You bring your experience in laying ceramics, natural stone & Co., ensure top quality, and support our team as well as our trainees. Depending on your strengths, you can also contribute to project planning, customer consulting, and organization:Support in project management and site organization Collaboration in planning and deployment of personnel, materials, and equipment Creating measurements, billing, and participating in cost control Customer consulting and support with offers and acquisition Contact person for team, customers, and suppliers Active participation in your professional and personal development
These are your skills and strengths
You have completed training as a certified tiler, ideally have experience as a foreman, and are eager to develop further? Perfect! With us, you will find the chance to take on responsibility and perhaps soon grow into a leadership role:
- Flexible, responsible, and reliable personality with team spirit
- Basic IT knowledge
- Very good spoken and written German skills
- Driver's license category B, advantage BE

Whether energy-efficient renovation, new construction, single-family or multi-family homes, commercial or industrial construction, economic construction, or rural housing – the portfolio is diverse.
