Do you like to take responsibility and want to actively shape emergency care? We are looking for a competent and leadership-strong person to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Professional, organizational, and personnel management of 14 employees in emergency care
• Ensuring the professional admission, initial assessment, care, and support of emergency patients
• Close collaboration and continuous information exchange with the medical service in the emergency department
• Ensuring correct and complete nursing documentation in the clinical information system as well as
• Operational participation in emergency care
• Billing of the services provided
• Assisting in the training of NDS NF students
• Applying the plaster casts defined as standard
• Member of the resuscitation team

• You have completed training as an emergency care expert NDS HF
• You have already gained experience in a comparable position and have completed leadership training or are willing to undergo such training
• High empathy in dealing with employees, patients, and their relatives, as well as a high customer orientation, are a matter of course for you
• You are attested to have high motivation, resilience, secure reaction ability, and strong assertiveness
• You communicate orally and in writing in a confident German
