For our bus control center, we are looking for a Control Center Employee 100% starting April 1, 2026.
Your Tasks
In the control center, you are the hub of the daily bus operation – everything comes together here.
Specifically, you will take on:
- Monitoring and operation of the bus control center (disruption management, customer information)
- Shift start control and daily scheduling for the driving staff
- Creation of duty and rotation plans, vacation planning, and monthly scheduling
- Monthly time and allowance accounting, as well as creation of statistics
- Preparation of documents for planned additional services (extra trips, rail replacement)
- Handling group reservations (CAPRE)
- Supervision of passenger counting (FADA)
What You Ideally Bring
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) and several years of professional experience
- Strong organizational talent
- Ability to stay focused and solution-oriented even in hectic moments
- Good teamwork skills and quick comprehension
- Decisiveness and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and on-call duty
