Logistician – Department Manager 100% for TOP Company
Activities
As Head of Logistics, you are responsible both professionally and disciplinarily for about 35 employees and 6 trainees. Your tasks include leading the teams in goods receipt and dispatch, internal and external transport, warehouse, floor conveyors as well as special topics in the areas of the company’s own truck fleet, or in the procurement of land/sea and air freight, as well as export and import traffic under AEO, Bazl regulations. You bring new impulses into the structured and service-oriented processes, support your team as well as the management both professionally and personally, and implement improvements according to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines. In addition, you analyze and control KPIs for continuous improvement and work closely with relevant interfaces. In this versatile position, you act independently.Requirements
You have a higher education (HF) in logistics, forwarding, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification. You have several years of leadership experience in logistics or SCM; topics such as ARV, customs up to construction site logistics are not unfamiliar to you. You have a pronounced service orientation and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders. You are a competent, motivating, communicative leadership personality with a focus on further development. Your working style is structured and solution-oriented, with high organizational skills. You have excellent communication skills and are assertive.Offer
